Ghantatraya is the non-profit engine that builds the "ground" where our work happens. We don’t just build buildings; we create the physical and digital spaces needed to serve others. Our goal is to turn our current work into permanent, official headquarters.

1. The Digital Ground: The First Bell 💻

The Administrative Office Before we build with bricks, we must build with integrity. This foundation handles the "behind-the-scenes" work:

• Legal Protection: Keeping our non-profit status official and stable so our work can last for years. ⚖️

• Smart Technology: Using digital tools to protect our community’s data and coordinate help for human rights globally. 🔒

2. The Sangha Pavilion: The Second Bell 🤝

The Operational Office This is our "Shared Room." It’s a bridge between our private lives and our public service.

• A Dedicated Space: Moving out of private living rooms and into a stable, professional environment where we can work together. 🏠

• Work as Service: A place where our main "meditation" is the actual work we do to help the world. 🛠️

3. The Public Temple: The Third Bell ⛩️

The Civic Office This is the "Open Gate"—a permanent place that is open to the public and recognized by the community.

• Protecting History: A safe home for sacred texts and ceremonies so they are available for future generations. 📜

• A Known Presence: Establishing a physical location that local and global organizations know and respect. 🌍

🛡️ Leadership and Honesty

To keep everything transparent and fair, we keep a "clean line" between the school (the teachers) and the foundation (the builders).

• Software vs. Hardware: The Vajra Traya school provides the spiritual lessons (the software), while the Ghantatraya foundation provides the buildings and tools (the hardware). ⚙️

• Open Doors: This foundation isn't a "private club." We welcome other teachers and traditions who share our goal of helping humanity. 🔓

• Money Matters: The non-profit exists to serve the public. All funds are used strictly for the mission, not for any private business. 💰

⚖️ Professional Governance

We are led by a Board of Directors who must follow strict non-profit rules. Even if a leader is also a teacher, they must follow the law to ensure the foundation's assets are always used for the public good.
